New Asset Life Cycle Management Tools
Asset-Expiration:
A new library configuration option that when checked will calculate a default expiration date for new assets based on the specified number of days following the creation of the asset. The range is 1 day to 5 years. Any changes will only affect new assets and not existing assets.
Auto-Delete:
When selected a daily check is performed for expired assets and deletes those assets with an expiration date that is equal to or older than the current date. Includes a notification option to inform when one or more assets have been auto-deleted from a Library.
Auto-Purge:
When selected will automatically purge deleted assets a specified number of days following the deletion of the asset. The range is 1 to 365 days.
